Kate Kendall is a Wellness Coach specialising in emotional health, with a passion for helping women rediscover their confidence, embrace self-love, and thrive in all aspects of life—whether it's in their careers, relationships, or personal pursuits. Through her coaching, Kate guides women to connect deeply with themselves, heal emotionally, and enhance their overall well-being.

Based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, Kate enjoys a vibrant lifestyle that includes staying fit, savouring healthy and delicious food, travelling, hiking, and soaking in the beauty of nature. Whether she's exploring new places or finding peace at the beach, she is always up for an adventure.

Kate is a certified breathwork and life coach who continuously seeks personal growth and development. Her love for attending retreats, practising yoga, and engaging in breathwork reflects her deep commitment to wellness. Having spent 17 years in the corporate world and now running her own business for over eight years, Kate understands the unique challenges and pressures faced by women in demanding environments.

Today, she empowers and supports corporate and businesswomen to prioritise their mental, emotional, and physical health. Through her coaching, Kate helps them build resilience, reduce stress, and unlock their full potential—so they can thrive in every area of their lives.
